This is a Tibetan Buddhist Stupa in the National Botanic Garden in Kyiv, Ukraine, consecrated by Tulku Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche. It is made of red granite plates from a quarry near Zhytomyr, Ukraine. Photo and text: Wikipedia
